Early Childhood educator and long-time Falmouth resident Sheila Payne once again invites young children to develop their natural creativity and imagination in this very popular class. Children will explore sound, music, art, folk dance, and creative expression in this joyful celebration of the arts. Creations will go home every day. ages 4-7 1 week 9:00 am-Noon $150 |

Theater Fun-damentalsThe Cape Cod Conservatory welcomes Cleo Zani to its faculty. Mr. Zani is an exceptionally accomplished actor, director and producer and is well known— and loved—by theater audiences across the area. His Fun-damentals classes provide students with a wide range of technique and experience.

Fun-damentals of Mime! with Cleo ZaniStudents will take part in exercises and improvisations to learn new physical and dramatic skills, using their bodies to express thought, emotion, story, and character without words. We will explore how Mime can enhance work in the other arts, such as dance and acting. Includes a Clown Class workshop! ages 5-9 1 week Mon- Fri 10:30 am-12:30 pm $150

Fun-damentals of Acting! with Cleo ZaniThis workshop will encourage students to build their confidence in performing and inspire their playful imagination in a fun atmosphere involving lots of physical activity. Working alternately with the whole class or broken into groups of two or three, activities will include role-playing and character work, mime techniques and isolations, improvisational exercises, maintaining focus, voice projection and speech clarity, emotional memory, subtext, stage terminology and skills, and basic script work—great preparation for any future production. ages 8+ 1 week Mon- Fri 10:30 am-12:30 pm $150 |
