Yoga Kids

With Cynthia Starosta

YogaKids is an innovative program that combines and teaches traditional yoga with new theories of multiple learning styles in a playful, engaging, and creative approach to children and their education.  YogaKids uses elements - such as anatomy, reading books, math, music, visual art, ecology, language, and relaxation - with poses to encourage learning and exercise as a springboard to a healthy mind, body, and spirit.  The poses will give children an avenue to practice strength, balance, flexibility, concentration, self awareness, compassion and much more.
